Dr. Chastain joined Tucson Ear, Nose, and Throat, P.C. in 2016 after practicing for almost ten years in his home state of Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Tech with highest honors on a full academic scholarship. Thereafter, he earned his medical doctorate at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and completed otolaryngology residency training at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Chastain is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology since 2008. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Chastain’s practice interests include allergy and sinus disease, including minimally invasive sinus procedures that can be performed in the office, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, head and neck cancer, and general adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat conditions. When not helping patients with their ENT health, Dr. Chastain enjoys being involved in his son's Cub Scouts and basketball activities, traveling with his wife and son, and enjoying the Tucson outdoors.
