Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dr. Atlas went to college at Duke University. Dr Atlas came to Tucson after graduation from college and earned a Masters of Science in Nutritional Biochemistry and his Medical Degree at the University of Arizona. He did his residency at the University of Arizona and is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with subspecialty Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesia. Dr Atlas served as Chief of Staff of Tucson Medical Center in 2010 and 2011 and is a member of Tucson Community Pediatric Specialists. He and his wife Dr Diane Neddenriep, M.D. (Pediatric Pulmonologist with Peds Pulmonary Associates) are avid horse lovers.
