Biography

Dr. Gray completed undergraduate training in physical therapy and worked as a physical therapist with children before completing a fellowship in development disabilities at Georgetown University. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed residencies in both pediatrics and neurology with a special competency in pediatric neurology from the University of Minnesota Hospitals/Clinics.

Dr. Gray was certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and has completed recertification for child neurology with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

He is Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Arizona’s Health Sciences Center, Departments of Pediatrics and Neurology. He is currently on the staff of Tucson Medical Center, University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Children’s Clinic for Rehabilitation Services. He also volunteers as a pediatric neurologist at St. Andrew’s Clinic, Nogales, which provides services to children from Mexico with a variety of neurologic disorders and disabilities. Dr. Gray has been a pediatric neurologist in Tucson since 1994 and has been with the Center for Neurosciences since 2006 when Pediatric Neurology Associates and Neurological Associates of Tucson merged to form the current group practice.
