Rich McCoppin, M.D.
Originally, from the Pasadena area, Dr McCoppin graduated the University of Notre Dame. Subsequently, he taught history at the high school level where he also coached baseball, soccer, and cross country.
Cristina Metildi, M.D.
Dr. Metildi attended the University of Chicago studying Biology and Economics as an undergrad while competing in Softball and Track & Field. . She attended Medical School at Northwestern University.
Mo Mortazavi, M.D.
Dr. Mortazavi received his medical degree from the University of California, Davis, where he also completed his pediatrics residency. He then earned a fellowship in pediatric sports medicine at Children’s Colorado in Denver.
Christine Moussa, D.O.
Christine R. Moussa, DO is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Pediatric Dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology and American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. She is a native Tucsonan.
Mark Murphy, DO
Mark Murphy is a “T-Loc” or Tucson Local, and he completed his civil engineering degree at the University of Arizona prior to pursuing medicine. Before attending medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ; he worked for a demolition company in Oakland, California. He completed his anesthesia residency at Texas Tech and recently completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship at the University of California Davis. Mark is married with two young children, a four-year-old daughter and a ten-month-old son. In his spare time, he enjoys nearly all outdoor activities especially soccer and hiking. He is excited to be back in Tucson with OPA.
Karen Narkewicz, M.D.
Dr. Narkewicz began her practice in neonatology in 1994 and joined the NICU staff at TMC for Children in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Mt. Holyoke College in Massachusetts and her degree in medicine in her home state from the University of Vermont.

Marie Olson, M.D.
I was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I completed my undergraduate degree in Philosophy at Vanderbilt in 1988. I completed my medical degree at the University of Tennessee in 1994.
Cindy Ong, MD
I was born and raised in Orange County, Southern California. I finished my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine with a major in biological sciences and a minor in urban planning. I had escaped shortly to East Lansing and Grand Rapids, Michigan where I received my medical degree at Michigan State University. I came back to California to complete my pediatric residency at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Medical Center. I stayed on the next year to complete my Sports Medicine fellowship. I continued my practice at Kaiser for a year, spending half my time doing pediatric urgent care and the other half doing sports medicine. I am currently enjoying my split time between SPARCC and the Children's Clinics for Rehabilitative Services (CCRS). In my spare time, I enjoy running with my dog, doing yoga, exploring new foods and watching Lakers basketball.
Jonnae Ostrom, M.D.
Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery allow Dr. Ostrom to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds. It allows for creative, patient-centered solutions and a very personalized approach to medical care, which is very important to Dr. Ostrom.
Dave A. Parry, M.D.
Dr. Parry has practiced with Tucson Ear, Nose, & Throat, P.C. since 2008. He completed his undergraduate education from the Brigham Young University and received his medical degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.

Amanda Pinder Hynes, DDS
Dr. Pinder is a board certified pediatric dentist. She has a special interest in infant and toddler care and treatment of patients with special healthcare needs.
Moira Richards, M.D.
Dr. Richards has been a neonatologist in Tucson for 26 years. She attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for undergraduate and medical training. Pediatric residency followed at Phoenix Children’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center.
Dave Rogers, M.D.
Dr. Rogers graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1985 and then completed residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in 1989.
Sam Sato, M.D.
Dr. Sam Sato is a board certified ophthalmologist with a specialty in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus, but he sees both general and pediatric patients. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics.
Phil Schulte, DO
Phil Schulte, DO is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska in 2010 and went on to complete a master’s degree in Anatomy as well as his medical degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. He completed his four years of anesthesia residency in 2021 at the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
Dr. Schulte has been with Old Pueblo Anesthesia since August of 2021. In his free time he enjoys traveling, cycling and going on hikes with his wife and dog so they can enjoy the new landscape of Tucson.
